(No passport required—just a glass)
Hi there, and welcome! If you've ever stood in the wine aisle trying to read that weird foreign label, or nodded politely while someone talked about "notes of wet stone" (what is wet stone, anyway?)—you're in the right place.
I'm the owner of Travel Through Wine, where I bring wine education and tasting experiences directly to you—living rooms, offices, special events, and anywhere else a cork can be popped responsibly. My goal has always been simple: make wine less intimidating and a lot more fun.
This blog is an extension of that idea.
Here, We Explore Wine the Way It Should Be Explored
No snobbery. No memorizing maps (unless you want to). No judging your favorite types of wine.
Instead, you'll find short, interesting, and genuinely useful posts about things people actually wonder about, like:
Does price really matter? What do those tasting notes mean (and do they matter)? How do I pair wine without overthinking it? Is it okay if I just like what I like?
Spoiler: yes. Always yes.
Think of this blog as your friendly wine companion—the one who knows a lot, explains it simply, and never makes you feel bad for preferring red wine with fish or white wine with steak.
Wine is meant to be enjoyed, not stressed over.
